Those interested in participating in the ‘Filimo-school’ skill and educational courses in underserved cities in Iran can use all the platform’s features for free.
Filimo School, a video-based educational platform, is welcoming summer this year with over 60 engaging courses. Since the beginning of summer, it has offered classes in Korean language, astronomy, slime-making workshops, cooking, Quran recitation, Emily’s Laboratory, artificial intelligence, football, English language, Rubik’s cube, Scratch, and more.
In the first two months of summer alone, Filimo School has been watched for over 450,000 minutes by its users, and 58,000 people have purchased its summer package. Subscribers to this affordable and cost-effective platform can access all courses and educational content, watching videos and enjoying themselves without interruption.
Filimo School aims to enhance educational equity by offering free access to 405 underprivileged cities. Students from these areas can access all features of the platform simply by installing and joining it.
In addition to underserved areas in Iran, this platform is also available for Afghan students free of charge. In neighboring countries like Afghanistan, where girls are deprived of education after sixth grade due to the Taliban’s restrictions, and boys are compelled to study in religious and military institutions, this platform provides an opportunity to compensate for educational gaps and learn new skills through its vocational courses.
Since the beginning of summer, over 47,000 students from underserved regions have used this platform completely free of charge to enhance their educational and vocational skills.
