After the publication of Eghtesad online report about the loopholes in the real estate system of the Ministry of Roads and the advertisement of the building of this ministry for sale with the approval of the real estate system, the Ministry of Roads denied the flaws of this system while announcing a complaint against the reporter. This time, in order to re-emphasize the serious flaws of this system, Eghtesad online has registered the Milad tower in the real estate system, and with the approval of this system, it has also posted its sale advertisement on Divar and Sheypoor!
According to Iran digital economy annotation, according to the report of Eghtesad online , not long ago, with the aim of reforming the real estate and housing system, we pointed out the flaws of this system in a report titled “The Big Hole in the Real Estate and Housing System”. Also, to show the loopholes and bugs of this system, we registered the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development building in our own name in the real estate and housing system and then advertised it for sale on Sheypoor and Divar platforms.
With the widespread publication of this report at the country level, instead of responding and trying to reform the real estate and housing system, the Ministry of Roads threatened in a statement and while disclosing the personal information of the reporter publicly, announced that it would complain about it. Also, in this statement, the Ministry of Roads made wrong claims, and we answered all these claims in a report entitled “Instead of complaining, correct the real estate system” and we pointed out that the Ministry of Roads, which has the ability to verify the information of its building in this system No, how does it want to prevent people’s properties from being registered by others in this system?
We also addressed the issue that the Ministry of Roads, despite requiring all people to register their property information in the real estate system, did not register their building information in this system, and that is why we were able to register it in our name.
In addition, we invited the officials of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for a debate and interview regarding the problems of the real estate and housing system, but our request remained unanswered by the officials of this ministry.
“One-Sided Defense by Ministry of Roads and Media Misrepresentation of the real estate System”
However, instead of admitting their mistake, officials of the Ministry of Road defended the real estate and accommodation system unilaterally from the official platforms, and some related news outlets also lied about this incident.
One of these news agencies, in an article entitled “New details from behind the curtain of the announcement of the sale of the building of the Ministry of Roads” in a completely clumsy and unprofessional manner, published the response of the Ministry of Roads at the beginning of the report, in which the mentioned ministry mentioned the name of the person who sold the building of the ministry to He registered his own name and put a stamp of approval Eghtesad online report.
But further and contrary to the approval of the Ministry of Roads, this news agency claimed that that person did not register the building of the Ministry of Roads but his own property in the system and only published the advertisement. The sale of his property has used photos of the Ministry of Road building.
These obvious lies were told while Eghtesad online published pictures of the Ministry of Roads building registration in the real estate and housing system in the “Big hole in the real estate and housing system” report.
The wrong claims of the Ministry of Roads and the lies of some related media prompted us to respond to these contradictions by registering the tallest structure in Iran in the real estate and accommodation system in our own name and advertising it for sale on Divar and Sheypoor platforms. Emphasize the flaws of the real estate and housing system. For this purpose, we first extracted the official information and postal code of Milad Tower from the Rasmio website.
After that, using this information, we registered Milad Tower in our name in the real estate and accommodation system, and again, without any errors or warnings, the information of this property was fully registered in our name.
After that, with the approval of the real estate and accommodation system, we advertised this property on Divar and Sheypoor under the name “Milad Tower”. The strange thing about this story was that the government system of real estate and accommodation fully approved this action, but the private platforms Divar and Sheypoor removed the ad due to the use of the name “Milad Tower”. That is, the private platforms worked much better and smarter than the government real estate system.
So, this time we registered the sale ad with the title “Tall Tower” instead of “Milad Tower” in these two platforms, which was published in full with the approval of the Real Estate and Accommodation System. In order to avoid repeating the baseless criminal charges that the Ministry of Roads had attributed to our reporter in its response under the headings of fraud and sale of other’s property, we mentioned in the description of these advertisements that this advertisement was registered only to test the performance of the National Real Estate and Housing System. and the advertiser does not intend to buy, sell or claim ownership.
The publication of the advertisement for the sale of Tehran’s Milad tower on Divar and Sheypoor platforms, with the full approval of the real estate and accommodation system, once again showed that the claims of the Ministry of Roads regarding the verification of the information of this system through the intersection of information with other databases are not true. In this situation, shouldn’t people worry about registering their property information by other people?
Finally, we invite the officials of the Ministry of Roads and other journalists to register a desired property through the real estate and accommodation system to verify the authenticity of the documents provided, so that they can learn about the flaws and big holes in this system.
Now we have to wait and see if the managers left over from the previous government in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will deal with this issue by threatening to file a complaint, or this ministry will accept the flaws of this system and try to fix them after the new minister takes office.
Our proposal to the new Minister of Roads is to return the train of the Ministry of Roads to its correct track and instead of continuing to disrupt people’s activities with the incomplete real estate system, complete this system and use it for data-driven management of the housing market and solving the problem of people’s shelter.
