According to Iran digital economy annotation, following the publication of the minutes of the Board of Directors of Tapsi Company regarding the suspension of the activity of “Noafrinan Radman Pars” company, which was known by the brand name “Tapsi Pack” among the users, Tapsi announced that due to the need of new businesses of SuperappTapsi for immediate shipment and the existence of a significant growth opportunity in this area, This company has decided to focus on the development of instant delivery and to remove scheduled delivery from its priority in the coming year.
Noushin Khatib, the executive director of Tapsi’s parcel delivery business, says: “In the first quarter of this year, we have seen a very good growth in the express courier service, which includes two products, Autopeyk (sending parcels by car) and Motopeyk (sending parcels by motorbike). We made a figure. In the first quarter of this year, our motorcycle fleet has doubled and each motorcycle rider has moved 40% more shipments with a tray than at the end of last year. The number of our shipments per week has tripled, and we estimate that with the growth we have experienced in this sector so far, we will reach a significant market share by the end of the year.”
Pointing to the transformation of Tapsi into Superapp and the addition of new businesses, the executive director of Tapsi’s peyk said: “The new businesses that are going to be added to Superapp Tapsi are often based on immediate product delivery, and this is a special opportunity for us. It allows us to respond to more demand from this market segment. For this reason, and with the aim of helping to better serve the new businesses of Tapsi Group, we decided to focus on the development of the urgent delivery service.
Noushin Khatib also added that as we emphasized in the notification SMS to our users, businesses and people who have been customers of TapsiPack can continue to use Tapsi’s delivery services in the form of autopeyk and motopeyk.
Previously, the CEO of Tapsi announced in the company’s press conference that he intends to strengthen the logistics infrastructure of Tapsi Group in order to increase the quality of service in the businesses of this group. A goal that seems to have a lot of potential to be realized by bringing together the three businesses of Tapsi’s Peyk, Alopeyk and Zap.
