Our question to the relevant institutions is who will bear the financial and credit losses caused to Tapsall and our publishers as a result of this incident? Government? Ministry of Communications? Infrastructure company or infrastructure employee? Because it is still not clear to us whether there has been a mistake or this is a personal decision.
