However, it seems that the SnappFood group does not pay attention to the criticism of its users, and the issue of non-registration of SnappFood customers’ orders is considered one of the most controversial issues among the customers of this group. Despite the many complaints that were sent to the SnappFood platform before, but according to the opinions of users on social networks, it seems that these problems continue.

One of the users who was affected by this issue said: After placing an order, its success is usually recorded on the application page. If the order registration is not successful, the deducted amount will be returned to the user’s account with the announcement of the program 72 hours after the deposit, but this time, despite the follow-ups I did, the paid money was not returned.
This user continued: I tried to register an order once, but after performing bank operations and paying the fee, I realized that the order was not registered on the page, an hour later I did it for the second time, but again after deducting the order amount. Not registered. In such cases, the deducted amount is returned to the person’s account in less than 72 hours, but this time it did not happen. It is interesting to note that the option to contact support was also removed from the SnappFood site, and I was not able to follow up this way either. The only way to report a problem was to describe the status in the problem reporting section, which I tried, but after a few days, I still did not receive a response.
By simply searching the term SnappFood on social network X or Instagram, you can find out that the same thing has happened to many people. Following some users, the bank had announced that the money had been credited to SnapFood’s account, but the platform claimed that no amount had been credited to its account.
These malfunctions have a long history in SnappFood and it is not the first time that users have encountered such problems on this platform.
