Snapp extended the plan of exemption from the commission of drivers with MS until March 2024
According to the IDEA, with the aim of supporting different groups of society, Snapp extended the plan of exemption from the commission of drivers with MS.
The results of the exemption plan from the user commission for drivers with MS
The commission exemption plan for driver users with MS started in June 2022 and until today 199 driver users with MS have benefited from this exemption. From June 2022 to the end of October 2023, these drivers were exempted from paying 1 billion 390 million Tomans for their travel commission. According to Snapp Public Relations, this exemption has been extended until March 2024
How to get an exemption from the special user commission for a driver with MS
People who have not yet registered as a driver in the Snapp fleet: People with MS who have a membership card in the Iranian MS Association, can enter their registered phone number and national code and notify the MS community after online registration through Snapp’s offline registration system.
People who are currently members of the Snapp fleet: Driver users who are currently members of Snapp can also participate in this plan by providing their details (name and surname, phone number and registered national code) to the MS Association.
Also, people who have already registered in the exemption plan from the commission of drivers with MS, this exemption will be automatically extended for them.
Periodically, the MS Association provides the company with a list of its members who are members of the Snapp fleet or have recently registered to be exempted from paying the commission.
Snapp support for driver users with exemption from commission
According to Snapp’s public relations, since the beginning of its activity, this company has made accompanying people with disabilities and people with special conditions one of the priorities of its social responsibilities.
In this regard, Snapp has implemented a special plan for exemption from the commission for people with disabilities, veterans, martyrs and families of martyrs. In addition, periodically, different groups, including female heads of households, special patients such as patients with hemophilia and MS were also exempted from paying the commission.
