“Sapost” company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Islamic Azad University and a long-term cooperation agreement with Maat Advertising Holding.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, the press conference of “Sapost” was held with the introduction of the company’s brand ambassador and the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Islamic Azad University, North Tehran branch, and a long-term cooperation agreement with “Maat” advertising holding.
The limitations of the post company have caused dissatisfaction among users
The main product of Sapost is a unique identifier that it provides to its users to replace the dynamic physical address in postal services, and users can receive and send their consignments with the same fixed identifier if the address changes. According to “Hamidreza Tavakoli”, CEO of Sapost, it is possible to manage users’ e-mails through this ID, and since these e-mails are sent through the post company, they have official validity.
Tavakoli attributed some of the dissatisfaction with this service to the limitations of the post company and said: “For any change in the Sapost software, we have to put it on a flash drive and take it to the post company to update the software; Because our software is located in the data centers of Post Company.
He added: “even when a gas station is hacked, they cut off our access and we have to deal with these issues.”
The CEO of Sapost says that in March 2023, the monthly sent and received packages through this platform reached 700,000 packages. 45% of Sapost users are businesses, 35% are individuals, and 15% are governmental institutions and bodies.
The postal company guarantees Sapost services
“Mohammadreza Ahmadi”, Technical and Commercial Vice President of National Post Company, in this meeting, guaranteeing the continuity of Sapost services in case of problems for this platform, said: “Sapost database belongs to National Post Company and we guarantee these services.”
Ahmadi said: “We have close to 140 companies in the National Post Company group as partners in the Post Company Innovation Center, and we provide small and medium-sized businesses with a wide and irreplaceable network.”
Saeed Malmasi, president of North Tehran Azad University, stated that the purpose of the memorandum of understanding between this university and Sapost is to familiarize students with the needs of the market, especially in technical and skill areas.
“Mohammad Sadegh Bahrami”, the CEO of “Maat” advertising agency, also said about the cooperation with Sapost: “Our approach to cooperation with Sapost is to introduce, present and implement comprehensive marketing solutions. In our country, long-term cooperation has been weak. It is customary in the world for brands to cooperate with an advertising agency for a century, and we also have a long-term view of our clients.”
In this meeting, “Pouria Poursorkh”, a cinema and television actor, was introduced as the brand ambassador of Sapost.
