According to the IDEA, during the review of the Seventh Development Program Bill in the Parliament, the representatives approved Part 4 of Clause “A” of Article 69 of this bill, according to which the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education is obliged within 6 months of the first year of the implementation of this law to prepare, approve and communicate the necessary regulations for providing integrated e-health services based on the regulatory system, operational e-health in compliance with the national data and information management law.
Also, based on this paragraph, the Ministry of Health is obliged to grant e-health operator licenses to qualified companies through a call and evaluation at the latest from the beginning of the second year of implementation of the seventh program law.
This paragraph has emphasized that “the flow of health data in the regulation-efficiency system will be based on the national data and information management law.”
