Golrokh Davaran has announced her resignation as CEO of (Vira Tandorosti Iranians) on the social media platform X.

In her tweet, she shared an official resignation letter stating:

“In accordance with Golrokh Davaran Pourfard’s desire to resign from the position of CEO of Snapp Doctor, I hereby submit my resignation in writing, effective from July 22, 2024. I request that the resignation and the appointment of a new CEO be processed and announced urgently.”

According to Iran digital economy, under Article 156 of the Civil Procedure Code, anyone can claim their rights through an official notice before filing a lawsuit, provided the claim period has expired. Generally, any individual has the right to formally communicate statements related to their transactions and obligations with another party via an official notice. The notice is delivered by the National Registry of Deeds and Property or court offices.
