According to these data, 75% of job seekers were satisfied with the interview session; Also, the average score of job seekers for the session is 3.7 out of 5.
According to the findings of the report, the factors of satisfaction or dissatisfaction from the point of view of most of the job seekers are the behavior of the organization from the stage of placing an ad to conducting an employment interview. The main cause of dissatisfaction of a third of people is the unprofessional words and behavior of the interviewer and the organization.
