On the sidelines of the Telecom exhibition, a cooperation memorandum was signed between the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology (ICT) and the Development Headquarters of Connectivity and Communication Technologies of the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy
According to the Iran digital economy annotation, on the sidelines of the Telecom exhibition that is being held at the Tehran International Exhibition Center, the Research Institute of Communications and Information Technology and the Development Headquarters of Connectivity and Communication Technologies of the Presidential Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge Economy with the presence of Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi, Vice President for Science and Technology and President’s Knowledge-Based Economy signed 3 cooperation agreements.
These MOUs are in three axes: “Development of research laboratory and evaluation of the fifth generation of telecommunications networks”, “Providing research grants” and “Providing consulting services and monitoring research projects” between the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology and the Development Headquarters of Connectivity and Communication Technologies of the Deputy Scientific, technological and knowledge-based economics of the presidency was signed.
According to the Communication and Information Technology Research Institute, the introduction of ecosystem activists including researchers, academic research centers and knowledge-based companies to receive services from the ICT Research Institute and participate in financing support for postgraduate theses and research projects in the form of study opportunities and post-doctoral scholars, among other things is mentioned in this memorandum.
