According to Iran digital economy annotation, FATA police sent an SMS last week and announced that a serious vulnerability was discovered in the administrative automation system of Chargoon and the users of this system should disconnect and disconnect the automation system from the internet.
Now, Chargoon has issued a notice and announced that this SMS was based on rumors and false news regarding the hacking of the company’s office automation system.
It is stated in this statement: “Following the sending of a security warning SMS to some organizations regarding the disconnection of the administrative automation system with the Internet, which has led to the spread of rumors and false news about the hacking of these systems, we clarify that there is no case of hacking. “There has been no data leakage, data loss, or defacement in any of Chargoon’s customer systems.”
Chargoon has announced that in the past few days, according to the instructions of the competent centers, they checked all the security factors and there was no problem in this system. According to what is emphasized in this statement:
“In the past days, our technical teams, in accordance with the instructions they received from the competent institutions according to the specific conditions of the country, put the security factors of the customers’ systems on the agenda with high priority, and through a series of “Intensive measures have checked the infrastructure of all customers and, in necessary cases, they have provided proposals to improve security.”
