According to Iran digital economy annotation, Hadi Mohammadabadi, the co-founder of Jobvision, said about the HR Vision event: “We have a dream of becoming a human resources ecosystem and we are working in this direction. We invited CEOs and university professors to share their research and findings in this event and the participants benefited from it. Also, along with this partnership, we are in this group in order to create an opportunity for communication and networking of people in the country’s human resources ecosystem.”
At the beginning of this meeting, Meqdad Velaei, the CEO and co-founder of the Jobvision employment platform, emphasized that Jobvision is more than just an employment platform and stated:
“Our mission is to create a fair and just job market for all classes. At the beginning of its activity, the Jobvision platform has grown without investment and in a bootstrap manner and is the first member of the Jobvision group in the country’s human resources ecosystem. Jobvision is active in all cities of Iran and currently more than 76 thousand organizations are active on this platform and more than 600 cities in the country use this platform in the recruitment process. Also, more than 2 million blue-collar personnel and senior managers were recruited through this platform. Last year, we had 26 million resume submissions on the Jobvision platform, and 100,000 people started their careers in this regard.”
We have the largest market share
According to Velaei, Jobvision has the largest market share among specialized recruitment platforms and has 59% of this market.
He continued about Jobvision: “Jobvision is a specialized platform for finding jobs in the form of a job board, and it is the number one market in this field. In 2018, we had 4% of the market and since then we have reached 59% of the market.”
According to the CEO of Jobvision, this platform, in line with its social responsibility, has also tried to create transparency in the existing market by publishing numerous reports, disseminating information and transparency in order to resolve the ambiguities in this field, which is known as one of the main challenges.
Regarding the social responsibility of the Jobvision Group, Velaei stated that in order to create equal employment opportunities for all sections of the society, Jobvision has taken a special look at the employment of the disabled and has recognized their job positions. According to him, 14,000 advertisements have been published in this regard and 6,000 disabled people are active in this regard.
Velaei explained the other members of the Job Vision group and introduced the second member, cando, as the ATS market leader. According to him, cando is active in three majors: recruiting and recruiting, managing human resources in organizations, and majoring in the assessment of human resources in organizations.

In this regard, he said: “Different educational panels are also held in this exhibition, and 20 courses have been held. 13 courses have been held at Sharif University and 2 courses have been held in Isfahan.”
Mohammadabadi, while pointing to the new Jobvision service and the Mirana headhunting service, considered it a solution to attract high-level personnel in organizations.
In response to reporters, he explained about the ethical issues and challenges that this service may have: “This service is a partner in the process of hiring people in organizations and operates in a guarantee-oriented manner and does not cross any red line in the forces. The focus of this service is on people who are interested and concerned about their promotion and transfer in other organizations and intend to improve their careers.”
In response to the question of whether Jobvision plans to enter other fields of work such as public relations in the future, Mohammad Abadi also announced that they plan to focus on human resources and make this market full of potential.

“This service is a marketplace for introducing all the products and services needed by human resources, such as medical facilities, installment purchases, special packages and packages, as well as transparent information from relevant suppliers.
