According to Iran digital economy annotation, Ama Industrial Company, the owner of Azadi Innovation Factory land, published a notice in Kodal and said that it has given the residents of Innovation Factory a deadline until the end of 2024 to vacate this factory. According to the announcement of this company, they have agreed with the Azadi innovation factory about the “deadline for the implementation of evacuation.”
It is emphasized in this agreement that the purpose of signing it is to facilitate the evacuation of the property. Ama has promised to refrain from pursuing the executive affairs of the evacuation of the Innovation Factory property until the end of 2024.
The second party of the contract, which is “Hamid Entezarian”, the CEO and “Farzin Fardis”, the chairman of the board of directors of Hamava Innovation Factory, must take effective action to vacate the property during this period or get AMA’s approval to extend the eviction deadline.
Considering that the lease of the innovation factory has expired since the beginning of 2023 and no rent has been paid for it, the second party of this agreement has committed to pay 18 billion Tomans for the 9 months of the beginning of 2023.
From January 1, 2024 to the end of 2024, 4 billion and 50 million Tomans must be paid monthly to rent this property.
At the end of last week, “Hamava” company had announced the extension of the lease contract for Azadi innovation factory without mentioning these details. According to them, this extension was made possible with the support of the Academic Vice-Chancellor and the Campus Technology Park.
