Tohid Ali Ashrafi, the new CEO of Alibaba, in an interview with the Digiato site, informed about the group’s plan to develop an independent airline and said: “One of the strategies of large organizations is the development of the supply chain. We also went in this direction in Alibaba. Now, several planes have entered the country and we have forces in this field, but Alibaba Airlines has not yet officially started its operations and we are in the process of obtaining a license.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, the CEO of Alibaba also said about the Alibaba bus company: “Right now we also have a bus company that has about 50 buses that have either arrived or are in customs. We want to increase the capacity of the bus fleet with our own share and improve the customer experience in the supply chain. This will benefit both us and our customers and the country. The results of these activities will be borne in the future.”
Earlier, Majid Hosseininejad, the former CEO of Alibaba , announced about this and said that we are also looking to build a residence in Jabama. He said that we will name Alibaba’s airline “Dot Air”.
According to the report of the venture capital company “Pomegranate”, which is the European shareholder of Alibaba, the valuation of Alibaba has increased from around 50 million euros to 77 million euros in May of this year, as the company approaches profitability.
