“Syed Mohammad Amin Aghamiri”, the secretary of the Council, announced this morning the approvals of the 96th session of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace regarding the possibility of accessing foreign platforms with governance mechanisms, organizing social messengers and creating a national and comprehensive data system.
According to the third resolution of this meeting, the National Center for Cyberspace has been required to create a national cyberspace data measurement and monitoring system in all layers within three months, and all devices, organizations, institutions and sector regulators are required to provide access to related data and systems. to provide virtual space for the national center of virtual space.
According to this news, in the decree related to foreign platforms, the regulators have been obliged to create diversity in the consumption portfolio of users with governable mechanisms and with the aim of meeting the needs of people, widely used foreign platforms and services for which it is possible to provide services in the form of shells. identify and provide conditions for their activities inside the country.
According to this resolution, sector regulators are required to identify widely used foreign services and platforms in their regulatory area within one month, and to examine the technical possibility for users to access useful foreign services in governable formats and the criteria for providing the aforementioned services.
