All government ministries and organizations were required to prepare their department’s digital transformation program in cooperation with the country’s computer trade union organization by the end of the first year of the implementation of the 7th development plan.
Attached to the IDEA, following the review and approval of various clauses of the Seventh Development Plan Bill, today (Wednesday, November 3), the parliament members approved an additional clause to Article 107 of this bill, according to which all ministries, organizations, administrative and employment organizations of the country, protection The environment of the country, the central bank and the vice president for science and technology are obliged to prepare the digital transformation program of their sector and the driving plan(s) along with its financing mechanisms in accordance with the proposals and capabilities by the end of the first year of the implementation of the program. The executive of the non-governmental sector will take action and get them approved by the cabinet. The progress report of this clause must be sent annually to the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and the Islamic Council.
In the note of this paragraph, the organization of the country’s computerized trade union system has been obliged to use the maximum power of all active organizations in the field of information and communication technology to present a proposed program for transformation and improvement of productivity by using information technology and making each of the sectors intelligent. Submit it to the relevant executive body. The executive bodies are also obliged to consider the suggestions of the trade union system in developing their digital transformation plans.
Smart cycle program
Also, the representatives approved clause “P” of article 107 of the bill of the seventh plan.
