Harkat Aval Exits Investment in Netbox and Enters Digital Group
According to Iran digital economy annotation, Harkat Aval, which had invested in Netbox in 2021 with the aim of creating value and completing its investment portfolio in the field of content, has now withdrawn from Netbox’s share ownership by handing over its share ownership.
Netbox is an open content delivery platform designed and developed by Sepehr Digital Communication Development Company. This platform has been available to all content providers as an open solution for the past few years.
It is worth noting that Harkat Aval was removed from the shareholding of “Jajiga” in January of last year after three years. Also, in August of this year, Hamrahe Aval through its venture capital arm, Harkat Aval, the company purchased 40% of the shares of the Digital Group that belonged to Sarava and other shareholders.
