According to Iran digital economy annotation, Mohammad Amin Haji Hashemi, the CEO of the National Computer Games Foundation, at the end of this event, referring to the economic and cultural aspects of the development of computer games, said: the connection between the discussion of economy and culture and the cooperation of game makers, publishers and investors made the game to find himself and so far, 8 billion capital has been raised on 6 teams.
According to Hajihashmi, this festival was well-received. We had three previous events in the investment sector. 54 teams registered and 25 teams presented in the second pre-event. In the pre-events, investors and publishers modified the presentations and as a result we reached the conclusion.
Further, Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi, Vice President for Science and Technology, said about the difference between creative and traditional business: When technology is combined with business, a knowledge-based company is created. The difference between a creative institution and a traditional institution is that technology is evident in it.

According to Firouzabadi, 34 million people play an average of 95 minutes a day, which means more than 3 billion minutes are played per day.
Referring to the importance of games in the country, he said: computer games are a serious area of soft economy. The amount of investment in the game should increase over time.
We must increase the investment numbers in the coming years. The Iranian market is very big and the world market is much bigger, but the reason why complete success has not been possible is that there is not much investment in the field of computer games. We should focus on the computer game and be person-oriented.
Referring to the smallness of the companies’ activities, he said: 97% of the companies in this field are small. We have to plan investment in a targeted way because this area is the number one economic opportunity of the country.
Furthermore, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, pointed to the importance of the game industry and explained: The game industry is one of the highest cultural sectors in the society. Today, in important parts, we see that this area is used as a way to create creativity and solve problems.
Esmaeili emphasized that Iran has an important heritage in various sectors and the capacities in economy, culture and art should be used.
The Minister of Culture stated that more than 19 provinces are present in this sector, which shows the comprehensive capacity in this field, and pointed out: I am especially grateful to the Presidential Scientific Vice-Chancellor for supporting the selected games by using the Shoofai Innovation Fund.
Referring to the 7th plan, he said: We have important assignments in the 7th plan; Producing and publishing various games is our serious task, which friends should implement.
